Reducing your belly fat is not only possible....but by following the steps outlined below it will be a reality! Visualize having reduced your belly! Looks good doesn't it! It's impotant to start with the main goal in mind because it's directly connected with the likely hood of success... belly fat reduction or even belly fat eliminated!

Here are 5 critical steps to accomplish belly fat reduction:
Exercise: - Here's why this is number one on your action plan: we need to accelerate your metabolism....the rate at which you burn fat. Nothing does this better than good old fashioned exercise! But remember it's always wise to check with your doctor prior to starting an exercise program.
- Cardio three times per week on alternating days for 20 minutes per day
- Core exercises three times per week on alternting days for 20 minutes per day. Focus on leg lifts and crunches. Be careful of your back. You can do the leg lifts in a chair if you prefer. At first you may only be able to do two or three. But aim for 3 sets of 12. You'll be surprised how fast you'll be able to do this!
- Rest on day seven
Diet: The key here is to burn more calories per 24 hour period than you eat. Do that and your gonna see belly fat reduction....big time! Avoid empty calories like cookies, cake, sodas, sweets...you get the idea. For men limit calories to 2,000 per day, for women 1,800 per day or as per your doctor's advice.
- Eat five small meals per day. At no time during the day should you experience hunger pangs. If you do reach for a piece of fruit. Good foods to eat include: Oatmeal, citrus fruit, apples, berries, eggs, beans, whole grains, avocado, almonds.
- Protein shakes: these powerfully curb appetite while still providing excellent nutrition. Use a protein shake for meal 2 and 4...usually about 10AM and 3PM. Just make sure the protien shake has no more than 300 calories and only mix it with water...this controls the calories.

Water: Drink more! Target between 64-128 ounces per day. Yes that's more than most people...that's partly why most people need to reduce their belly fat! Water also helps to speed up your metabolism and it will do wonders for your skin and digestion. You'll pee more...but that's a small price to pay for belly fat reduction! : )
Rest: This is often overlooked, but it's vital. Most people need between 7-8 hours a night. Get to bed early...your body and mind will thanks you!
Belly fat reduction...it's not rocket science...nor is it the easiest thing in the world to be successful at. But you CAN do this! Start with your goal in mind even if your not sure how your going to get there and start belly fat reduction for good!
