If you are like me then you do not like spending money on a gym membership that costs a bundle but is hardly used. So if your asking the question about how you can lose belly fat fast, then your definitely at the right place. Best of all I'm not going to tell you it takes a while or that you'll need to starve yourself. However it will surely burn of those excess calories a melt away your belly fat. Ready?
So lets jump straight into it:
First, run quickly on the spot or do some star jumps aka jumping jacks. Now do this for a couple of minutes (maximum 3) and doing with as much intensity as possible. I know it may feel silly but your on your way to losing that belly fat. This is probably the most important part about getting rid of that belly fat so don't skimp or do this half heartedly as its extremely important.
Next, you will be doing an exercise called the "Mule Kick." The right way to do this exercise is to stand with your feet right below you and try and kick both legs up toward your buttocks. Essentially, it will feel like you are trying to kick your backside. Again do this for a couple of minutes (yes 3 maximum). It sounds like a short exercise but trust me, you'll be lucky to do it. If you start struggling remember all the belly fat you will be losing! That should keep you motivated.
Now for the next few minutes: Hit the floor for some good old fashioned pushups. Make sure you do the pushups so that your arms are parallel with the ground. In other words, make sure your body goes all the way down to the point that it all but touches the ground but does not actually do so.
Now, you spend the next two minutes going back to doing the running in place or doing jumping jacks. Once again, remember to think of the fact that you are losing body fat. The more you get into the workout the more the belly fat sheds. The key is to keep up the intensity while doing these exercises for the few minutes that you are involved in them.
Finally, before you do anything, make sure you do these exercises on an empty stomach. Why? Well you want this intense workout to burn fat for energy, rather than the food you have just consumed. First thing in the morning is ideal.
